Struggling to act angry, an aspiring actor befriends the neighbor who complained about her shouting, and together they practice reclaiming their voices amid a protest where no one can hear them.

Follow the journey of the mixed-ability dance company Resident Island Dance Theatre (RIDT) and their collaboration with American-Taiwanese artist ONIKHO and band as they prepare for the futuristic performance The Eternal City.
