Resident Island Dance Theatre, Taiwan’s pioneering integrated dance company, prepares the world premiere of The Eternal City, a bold new work exploring humanity’s future. The film follows dancers with and without disabilities as they navigate rehearsals, creative challenges, and the risks of performance, while collaborating with disabled musician and composer Carina Ho. Through personal stories, artistic ambition, and audience response, the documentary reveals how dance can dissolve barriers, celebrate difference, and create powerful connections between people on and off the stage.
