A Story of Nanjing

In 1937 Nanjing, two sisters grapple with the death of their family while desperately scrambling to flee from the Japanese army.

L-J ShenFilerman is a film director from Massachusetts. He is currently attending Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts with an emphasis in Directing. L-J has been making films for as long as he can remember. As an artist dedicated to exploring the language of film, L-J is constantly working to refine and develop his craft across multiple disciplines including writing, cinematography, photography, editing, composing, sound design, acting, and marketing.
